We had a special guest speaker last month, Chris, KK6VZD President of the Yuba/Sutter Amateur Radio Club. Chris described his Club’s activities and participated in our Net. Our website has been updated with 2023 schedules for State QSO Parties and ARRL Contests. Our recent addition of Echolink capabilities to our Repeater has enabled members and guests to check in from virtually anywhere in the USA. Former members who have moved away have checked in from as far away as Florida and Kentucky! Our Hams & Coffee get together held at KS Café was fun, covering a variety of topics (including Ham radio). We will be getting together again in the future, so consider joining us to rag chew, more to come. We help with programming handheld radios. Meetings are held at the South Tower every Monday night at 6:30 PM. Our club conducts a weekly radio network at 7:00 PM every Monday on the W6LHR Repeater at 147.030 MHz, 167.9 PL. If you are looking for a way to engage in the community and have an interest in Amateur Radio, please check out the LHARG.
