LHARG Monthly News – May, 2023

The Group learned how to install Anderson Power Poles as well as other connectors thanks to John, NQ6Q. Art, KI6GYY contributed his talents in preparing laminated Club business cards and Field Day Section data. We welcome all to visit us near the Sports Pavilion for Field Day on June 24th. Several of us will be setting up our gear to try and make contacts across the US and as far as our antennas can reach. Our Hams & Coffee get togethers, held at KS Café are lively, covering a variety of topics (including Ham radio). We will be getting together again in the future, so consider joining us to rag chew, more to come. We help with programming handheld radios. Meetings are held at the South Tower every Monday night at 6:30 PM. Our club conducts a weekly radio network at 7:00 PM every Monday on the W6LHR Repeater at 147.030 MHz, 167.9 PL. If you are looking for a way to engage in the community and have an interest in Amateur Radio, please check out the LHARG.
